Places that we have visited or contacted to visit with our 4 dogs.
Fairfield farm cottages in Ceres is a great escape for people with any size dog. There are no live stock like chickens on the farm only cows. Very nice accommodation as well. We go there often with our dogs and both human and K9 has a lot of fun. The farm is not enclosed and dogs roam free through trees, veld and bush.

Homtini - Knysna guest farm is a beautiful place, but dogs must have a perfect recall as it is right in the forest. There is no fencing.
Blackwaters river lodge -Knysna Large breed dogs not welcome although they advertise for all breeds. Gate opens so dogs can easily get onto the N2. But a beautiful place. Birds and resident dogs.
Fern Gully Knysna- has got the most amazing Red Barn restaurant. We went there a couple of times ourselves. They do have pet friendly accommodation, but no large dogs and definitely not 4. Dogs must be leashed as the owner does not want the dogs to roam to far on the farm.
This is one of the best pet friendly places we have ever been too. They have a 2 hectare piece of land enclosed with a dam and a very nice house in the middle of a farm up in the Bo-Kouga. Our dogs loved it. It is however not an easy drive to the farm and is about 7 hours away from Cape Town. Contact Dion on 073 2035716
