Important Need to know Information Regarding our boarding kennels and general service to our clients.

Boarding kennels and cattery time Schedule:

Drop off and Pick up Time slots strictly:

Mon-Fri between 8:00 - 9:00 and again at 16:00 - 17:30 as stated on your invoice.

Sundays collection time only no drop off - 16:30 - 17:30.

Important - No drop offs or pick up times on Saturday's, Sunday mornings or public holidays.

Care of kennel boarding dogs:

8:00 - 9:00 (busy season 7:00 - 9:00) and again 16:00 - 17:00 (busy season 15:00 - 17:00).

Important Notice - Dogs are being fed, kennels cleaned and attention given during these kennel time slots. Dogs come out on the lawn individually during these time slots. If you want your dog to have extra interaction either choose from our day care option or our doggie walks which is available at a extra cost.

Office/Admin hours:

Mon-Fri 9:00 - 16:00 (Office closed during lunch hour) (These times may differ from day to day but is an estimate)

Important Notice -Mandy and myself are available variable as we are out and about busy with training of dogs and tending to kennel dogs. Please send us an email, use our contact form on our web site or leave a message on either the land line or cell number and we will get back to you. You can even send us an SMS. The Office is closed on Saturdays-Sundays, public holidays and after hours (16:00pm-9:00am).

Day care, Doggie Walks and Training

Day care and training start from 9:30 until 11:30 and again from 13:30 - 15:00 Mon-Fri. These time slots may change but is a basic line out of our daily routine.

Important notice - No day care,Doggie Walks on weekends or public holidays. Training for private sessions can be arranged before hand for during the week or if possible on Saturday mornings.

Any booking for boarding must be made by no later than the previous day at 12:00. All paper work and deposit payments must be made no later than 12:00 the day before arrival. No exceptions will be made at any time.

Please read through our price list that we provide via email as well as our terms and conditions thoroughly before booking your dog with us.

To view our kennels-Please arrange with us via appointment only Mon-Fri between 9:00 - 16:00 only.

Sledding Training also available on Saturday mornings during the winter months-please email us for more details.

Important Notice- After hour care of kennel dogs -

Even though the owner and her family live on the premises and someone is here most of the time there will be times that there will be no one on the premises (not often) as we are a regular family, but in such a case there will always be an employee that will be here during the day Mon-Fri (except if we are both out for training for and hour or two or collecting dogs from the airport, buying stock for our shop etc) But even in these times my husbands office is just next door with at least 5 staff members and over weekends if the owner is not here it's usually just for an hour or 2 and if we are not here for a whole day an employee will be here for the kennel time slots twice a day (8:00 - 9:00 (busy season 7:00 - 9:00) and again 16:00 - 17:00 (busy season 15:00 - 17:00). as well as do another spot check during the day and later the evening and even sleep in our home if applicable.

So if we miss your call-Please look at our time slots. There are times during the week where we might not be here for an hour or so as we do also go out to do training at clients homes. But if you leave a message we will get back to you between Mon-Fri although we are quicker to get back to you via email Mon-Fri.
